Associate Director Value Chain Leader

Role: The Value Chain Leader oversees the entire manufacturing commercialization lifecycle for Lilly's products, owning manufacturing CMC strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary interface for senior executives. Responsibilities: develop and implement manufacturing CMC strategies, lead the Value Chain Team, ensure alignment across development, manufacturing, and regulatory functions, and manage stakeholder engagement and governance reporting. The role also includes driving post-launch technical planning for product lifecycle management and optimization. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or related field; advanced degrees (M.S., Ph.D., MBA) preferred; minimum 7 years of progressive pharma experience covering development, manufacturing, or commercialization; proven leadership in cross-functional programs and influencing without authority.
