Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and develop new clinical research sites, including sites new to GSK and research-naïve sites with high patient potential.
- Build and expand a site ecosystem across Respiratory (primary) and Hepatology (secondary), including academic institutions, community practices, health systems, and emerging care models.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with investigators, site leadership, and research staff to make GSK a preferred research partner.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Commercial, Data & Analytics, Feasibility) using payer, prescription, epidemiology, and real-world data to identify patient locations and generate research interest in targeted geographies.
- Translate data into site engagement strategies, identify “white space” and underserved regions, and execute outreach/onboarding for new sites.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (“one GSK”) to reduce duplication and improve site experience.
- Support site segmentation/archetyping, enable site readiness for clinical trial requirements, and provide leadership insights on trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Contribute to scalable engagement models/playbooks and promote innovative/digital solutions to improve experience and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in clinical research, site engagement, site management, feasibility, or clinical operations.
- Experience with clinical trial lifecycle, including site start-up and execution.

Preferred:
- Travel up to 50% (Domestic).
- Respiratory and/or hepatology experience.
- Cross-functional experience in a matrix environment.
- Strong communication/influencing/stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to build/manage external relationships with clinical sites/providers.

Working model: Remote; travel as needed.

Compensation/benefits (US): Annual base salary $129,750–$216,250; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, and paid caregiver/parental + medical leave.
