Responsibilities:
- Lead highly compliant US Professional Education (Prof Ed) marketing activities using KOLs via live events and non-personal promotion (NPP).
- Develop the Prof Ed plan for key channels (e.g., speaker bureau, symposia, exhibit talks, NPP), including pull-through strategies and tactics.
- Design, develop, and ensure compliant implementation of Prof Ed activities in collaboration with cross-functional partners, US GA Sales, and Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) teams.
- Lead development and execution of advisory boards and HCP consulting projects to address key business problems; define key questions and optimal formats with internal/external experts.
- Manage partners to create professional education content for speaker programs and symposia.
- Oversee speaker program/symposia operations: strategic direction, budget management, sunshine reporting, and program analysis.
- Lead speaker training for the speakers bureau (content and event management support, medical team, and TLL team).
- Coordinate speaker selection/use with cross-functional partners; ensure conference educational event sponsorships are submitted/approved.
- Plan and develop annual brand plans leveraging KOL voice; ensure content approval by review committee.
- Ensure compliant execution and tracking of KOL engagements (including advisory boards); disseminate learnings internally and drive success against key metrics.
- Administer the Prof Ed marketing budget; partner with regulatory, legal, and compliance to build ECP marketing policies/procedures.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience.
- 5+ years HCP marketing experience including PP, NPP, digital marketing, and agency management.
- US launch and ophthalmology experience strongly preferred; sales/customer-facing experience a plus.

Skills/Abilities:
- Strong HCP behavior/clinical decision-making understanding; ability to translate science into tactics.
- Experience designing/launching HCP marketing materials with approvals, KOL training, and performance/metric analysis.
- Policy/compliance experience and ability to align senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, written, communication, and presentation skills; can work in ambiguity; integrity and familiarity with relevant rules/regulations.

Travel: Up to 30% domestic travel; occasional evenings/weekends.
