Description
- Lead end-to-end development of customer engagement AI capabilities across HCP 360 data foundation, field engagement recommendation/optimization, and NPP/HOE & 3PP orchestration; ensure production reliability, responsible AI, and enterprise-scale deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- AI/ML Product & Technical Leadership: Own technical direction; develop predictive/optimization components translating HCP-level signals into engagement recommendations/insights; package “explainable AI” with interpretable drivers for pre-call planning.
- Data & Feature Engineering: Oversee engineering for the “360 HCP dataset/data cube” (reliability, lineage, fit-for-purpose features); integrate new data feeds into model-ready feature layers.
- MLOps/DevOps/Production Excellence: Lead operationalization (refresh/run/publish, cross-TA/brand workflows); establish CI/CD, code quality, standardized tooling, and repeatable release processes; reduce “hotfix-as-BAU” via better design patterns/backlog discipline/root-cause remediation.
- Governance/Risk/Responsible AI: Ensure governance controls and risk reviews; embed compliance needs into system behavior.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Delivery Leadership: Translate business needs into prioritized engineering work; lead cross-functional hypothesis/validation, integration testing, and launch readiness.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Coach engineers/data scientists; set technical standards and documentation/continuous improvement culture.
Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS (quantitative preferred)
- 5+ years in life science/healthcare; data engineering/science; designing/deploying ML
- Python, SQL, Spark, Git, MLOps
- Hands-on understanding of LLM/genAI/agentic AI
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Master’s/PhD
- Stakeholder interfacing experience
- Production-grade LLM deployment
- Team management
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Princeton, NJ: $167,540–$203,013; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
