Role: Associate Director, Treatment Site Operations Coordinator Lead, supporting the U.S. launch of an mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Responsibilities: build and lead a centralized team of Treatment Site Operations Coordinators (TSOCs), coordinate patient cases and operational workflows, facilitate stakeholder communication across treatment sites, manufacturers, labs, and internal teams, and establish operational standards and escalation processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries supporting treatment or patient operations; experience managing cross-functional stakeholder activities and operational escalations; strong project management and communication skills. Preferred: experience with complex therapy commercialization (cell, gene therapy), working with treatment sites (hospitals, oncology practices), and familiarity with treatment journey orchestration platforms.
