Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing, Therapy Process Strategy & Integration

Role: Serve as the commercial lead for the operational design and integration of the U.S. launch of an mRNA-based personalized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma, supporting seamless therapy delivery across the treatment ecosystem. Responsibilities: develop and optimize end-to-end treatment journey processes; establish governance frameworks; coordinate across treatment sites, laboratories, manufacturing, logistics, and internal teams; lead continuous improvement efforts; partner with IT to evolve orchestration platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred); at least 5 years' experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare, with a focus on cross-functional operational models, process design, and stakeholder management. High-Value: focus on complex treatment ecosystems, personalized cancer therapies, early-stage melanoma, and treatment orchestration platforms.
