Role: Lead operational demand and capacity planning for the U.S. launch of an mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma, supporting commercialization and scaling. Responsibilities: develop patient volume projections, align manufacturing and supply chain capacity, manage performance dashboards, and translate complex data into strategic insights to optimize resource allocation and minimize risks. Collaborate across Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure operational readiness and scalability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), at least 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech supporting commercial operations, expertise in demand/capacity planning, analytics, and operational excellence. Proven experience managing performance frameworks and translating data into insights is essential. Preferred skills include experience with complex therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), manufacturing planning, and operational intelligence systems. High-value: focus on personalized cancer treatments, early clinical development phases, and a complex treatment ecosystem. Work setup: remote with stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.
