Associate Director (Campaign Development Lead) responsible for the identification, design, execution, oversight, and optimization of US Oncology HCP marketing campaigns and programs supporting Gynecological Cancers strategic imperatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead development of HCP marketing materials and digital assets (online video, emails, display/banner ads, alerts, web/video content, paid search/media optimization, social media, point-of-care, print, disease awareness).
- Lead development, measurement, and optimization of digital campaigns.
- Ensure tactics align to the customer experience plan (understanding customer segments, needs, channel preferences, profitability/lifetime value).
- Apply behavioral/communications objectives and insights to prioritize asset development using customer experience best practices and targeting.
- Work in an agile mindset: operate amid ambiguity, build stakeholder networks, test/learn, and drive innovation focused on customer experience.
- Contribute to brand-building tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (PAN ADTs, Patient Strategy and Digital Innovation, Market Research, Analytics, Operations).
- Manage day-to-day agency/vendor interactions; create/monitor agency digital scopes of work (SOW) and participate in bi-annual agency evaluation.
- Manage applicable budgets; evaluate revalidation of marketing/digital assets.
- Implement Safety Label Updates (SLUs) and ensure compliance with Subpart E (when applicable).

Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years in marketing/marketing communications/marketing support of pharmaceutical products.
- Demonstrated ability to execute a brand or customer marketing strategy; cross-functional leadership.
- Strong marketing principles; campaign/message development; planning/presentation; communication; agency/vendor management.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- US HCP marketing and/or oncology/Gyn indications.
- Agile and/or Experience Marketing Model; commercial/regulatory/legal compliance knowledge.
- End-to-end Medical/Legal (Promotion Review Team) process; Veeva/PromoMats; SAP.
