Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure launch readiness for CAR T in autoimmune disease.
- Lead US medical education initiatives aligned to HCP needs and launch priorities.
- Optimize medical materials in partnership with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Field Medical and cross-functional teams to align customer-facing needs with the US medical plan and launch priorities.
- Oversee HCP contracting for medical engagements (e.g., advisory boards, speaker training, consulting) with Procurement/Legal/Compliance; ensure documentation, fair market value alignment, timely execution, and budget stewardship.
- Develop and execute local congress strategy (exhibits, scientific presence, compliant HCP engagements, insights capture, post-congress follow-up).
- Own execution against the medical plan: prioritization, resourcing, budget management, and impact measurement.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Advanced scientific/medical degree (DO, MD, NP, PA, PharmD, PhD).
- 5+ years pharma/biopharma industry or clinical practice experience.
- US market and Cell Therapy experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced understanding of drug development, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries.
- Leadership in matrix environments; manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written/oral), planning/organization, confidentiality/integrity.
- HQ-based; global travel up to 25%.
