Role Summary

Associate Director, US Commercial Insights role leading market research and analytics programs to support US commercial activities for RYZ 101. Reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Insights and Operations and collaborates with marketing, sales, finance and other teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead and own US insight generation, including analytics and market research, for RYZ 101's planned US launch in gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NET)
  • Procure and leverage third-party data to generate insights on patient journey, demand trends and promotional impact
  • Partner with the business operations team to compliantly integrate and analyze third-party data sources with internal operations data to generate detailed insights on patient experience, HCP experience and product delivery
  • Develop and deliver dashboards to monitor sales performance and critical KPIs
  • Design and execute a comprehensive primary market research plan (quantitative and qualitative) to support pre-launch strategic and tactical planning and post-launch tracking
  • Manage market research and analytics vendors to ensure quality, compliance and timely execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, HEOR, access, data strategy, sales operations and finance to develop integrated, insight-driven recommendations
  • Oversee adherence to SOPs, GDPR and applicable global/local compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Statistics, or similar; advanced degree preferred
  • Required: 7+ years in pharma/biotech market research, analytics and/or consulting
  • Required: Proficiency with third-party data sources, including patient-level and sales data, and tools for analysis/visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Required: Direct experience designing and executing market research projects
  • Required: Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders in global, matrixed environments
  • Preferred: Oncology or rare disease experience; prior experience in radiopharmaceuticals
  • Preferred: Hands-on analytics experience (SQL, R, Python); prior launch experience
