Role Summary

Associate Director US Commercial FP&A. Reporting to the Senior Director of US Commercial Finance, this role supports the growing US commercial business as a key member of the US FP&A team. Acts as a strategic partner to the US organization, focusing on revenue forecasting and financial planning to create value and align resources with strategic priorities. Involves involvement in launch plan projects and participation in the monthly close process in collaboration with US Accounting. Hybrid role based in Boston, typically in the office at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic partnering: collaborate with US Indication Strategy Teams and cross-functional partners to develop and communicate accurate long-term patient / volume / revenue forecasts
  • Support model enhancements to ensure forecasts for in-line & launch products reflect strategic direction of each indication
  • Collaborate with Market Research to plan & design studies that provide key forecast inputs
  • Partner with Market Access to incorporate latest access assumptions, payer mix analyses, and gross-to-net variables
  • Develop forecast scenarios to incorporate into supply planning and quantify potential risks & opportunities
  • Demonstrate understanding of business drivers across the full commercial P&L and perform price/volume mix analysis
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to design and execute investment plans that drive growth and support the organization’s strategic vision

Skills

  • Advanced commercial finance in a fast-growing environment; strong command of revenue drivers and US P&L dynamics
  • Expert financial modeling and scenario design; ability to simplify complexity and tell a leadership-ready story with data
  • Trusted and strategic business partner with technical expertise, communication skills, and good judgment
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management across Commercial organization and global partners
  • Strong learning agility; ability to tackle complex strategic challenges with emotional intelligence
  • Continuous-improvement mindset; harmonization/standardization of processes and tools

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • Biopharma or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 8+ years of overall combined finance, FP&A or accounting experience
  • Advanced analytical abilities with a track record of financial modeling, prefer revenue modeling

Additional Requirements

  • Hybrid role based in Boston; in-office presence typically 2 days/week
