Position Summary
- Associate Director, HCP Marketing (PPF): foundational member of the admilparant US Brand Team to shape HCP strategy, launch readiness, and early commercial success for a potential first-in-class launch in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF).

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic planning and execution of HCP marketing PPF initiatives and tactical plan supporting brand objectives; manage agencies/vendors.
- Ensure PPF tactic execution (messaging and creative) is rooted in brand strategy and HCP insights and pulled through across key channels.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver against targeted scope of work.
- Manage HCP marketing budget and invoicing.
- Support internal review processes and work with external partners to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate preparation of tactical projects.
- Partner with market research and analytics to align strategies/tactics to customer insights and optimize using KPIs.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, training, Medical, Market Access, Patient Access Support Solutions, and CASA for executional alignment.
- Establish relationships with ILD experts, community pulmonologists, and pulmonology APPs; develop collaborative shared-interest areas.
- Be a product champion; cultivate expertise in PF.
- Lead congress and medical meeting planning and execution at key events including ATS, ACR, and CHEST to support meaningful HCP engagement.

Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience (pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency).
- HCP marketing experience preferred; prior successful US product launch experience preferred.
- Pulmonology (ILD), respiratory, or orphan/rare disease experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability while collaborating effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Experience managing external partners (e.g., agencies, consultants).
- Ability to navigate internal MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong project management skills.
- Highly organized; strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
- Demonstrated ability to track and manage budgets effectively.
- Agile learner; ability to adapt to change in a dynamic launch setting.
- Track record of delivering strong performance in previous roles.

Compensation (if applicable/explicit)
- Princeton, NJ, US: $164,990 - $199,933 (full-time). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available (based on eligibility). Final compensation decided based on demonstrated experience.
