Associate Director, Translational Science

Role: Associate Director of Translational Science centered on bridging early discovery research with clinical development for cell therapy projects, including CAR-T, TCR-T, and NK cell approaches. Responsibilities: develop and execute translational strategies across autoimmune and oncology indications, analyze multi-omic datasets (scRNA-seq, CITE-seq, spatial transcriptomics), identify biomarkers, and collaborate with clinical teams for assay implementation; manage external partnerships and contribute to scientific communications. Requirements: PhD or MD/PhD in Immunology, Bioinformatics, or related fields; 5+ years in biopharma translational research; deep knowledge of immuno-oncology, auto-immune diseases, and cell therapies; extensive experience with genomic data analysis and biomarker development; understanding of regulatory biomarker requirements.
