Responsibilities: design and execute program timelines, oversee data, contracts, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional collaboration; manage vendor relationships, budget, and risk; coordinate biomarker study reports, publications, and program transitions; drive process improvements for efficiency. Requirements: B.S./M.S. in a scientific discipline; 5+ years in pharma or related industry with experience managing complex, global projects in a matrix environment; strong communication, vendor management, and project management skills; PMP or similar certification preferred. High-Value: late-phase portfolio assets in immunology, cardiovascular, and neurology; biomarker development; cross-functional stakeholder engagement; use of tools like Smartsheet, SharePoint; on-site or hybrid in Cambridge, MA, or other US locations; some travel expected. Collaboration: work closely with Translational Medicine Leaders, biomarker teams, vendors, and external partners. Work setup: hybrid/onsite with flexible arrangements depending on location.
