Associate Director, Translational Medicine Lead, Antibody-Drug Conjugates

Role: Associate Director in Oncology Translational Medicine focusing on biomarker strategies for antibody drug conjugate (ADC) programs in cancer. Responsibilities: develop and deliver biomarker strategies across Ph1-3 clinical studies, guide indication selection, patient stratification, and assess target engagement and resistance mechanisms; collaborate with research and clinical teams; contribute to study reports, scientific publications, and external research collaborations. Requirements: PhD and/or MD with at least 5 years' experience in oncology drug development; deep knowledge of solid tumor biology and translational science; proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively; strong problem-solving skills. Preferred: expertise in ADC technology.
