Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of future-state operating models, including AI-enabled workflows, and ecosystem orchestration.
- Contribute to evolution of roles, ways of working, and workforce capabilities to align with transformation priorities.
- Act as capability lead to advance key operating model transformation.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable transformation roadmaps, pilots, and scaled deployment plans aligned to business outcomes.
- Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize, design, and execute high-impact capability initiatives.
- Drive pilot execution (hypothesis development, test-and-learn iteration) and codify into scalable playbooks.
- Enable transformation deployment at brand and BU level, ensuring adoption, change integration, and measurable impact.
- Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Review, DHH, global strategy teams, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโ€™s Degree (required); Masterโ€™s Degree (preferred).
- Experience/Skills (required): 7+ years professional experience; operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; teamwork; agile and test-and-learn experience; strong stakeholder management and executive communication; analytical mindset translating data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years commercial experience (marketing/promotions, commercial operations, or sales); consulting/client services experience; digital/AI/data-driven transformation experience.
