Role: Associate Director, Transcend R&D BPO Logistics & Global Trade, based in PA or NJ, leading end-to-end process governance and strategy within R&D logistics and global trade functions. Responsibilities: translate R&D business strategies into capability roadmaps aligned with global templates; influence senior stakeholders; drive cross-functional alignment across Innovation Medicine Supply Chain, R&D, and other functions; shape strategy, accelerate standardization, and oversee continuous improvement and compliance efforts. Qualifications: Master’s degree; at least 8 years of relevant logistics or global trade experience in a complex global environment; proven experience in process ownership, transformation leadership, and stakeholder influence; strong strategic thinking, communication, and change management skills.
