Associate Director, Transcend R&D BPO Logistics and Global Trade

Role: Associate Director, Transcend R&D BPO Logistics & Global Trade, overseeing end-to-end logistics and global trade processes within R&D operations. Responsibilities: define, govern, and evolve future-state process roadmaps; translate R&D strategies into capability plans; lead cross-functional alignment on logistics and trade efficiencies; drive standardization, continuous improvement, and compliance; partner with global sites and functions to optimize supply chain performance. Requirements: Master’s degree; 8+ years in logistics or global trade within complex global environments; proven experience in process ownership, transformation leadership, and stakeholder influence; strong strategic thinking, communication, and change management skills. Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations, global template deployment, and regulated environments.
