Role: Associate Director of Training and Deviations at Bristol Myers Squibb, overseeing manufacturing training strategies and deviation investigations within cell therapy production. Manage teams of Manufacturing Trainers and Deviation Assessment Writers, collaborate with quality and operations, and support audit readiness. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field; minimum 8 years manufacturing experience (12 without degree); at least 6 years leading teams; 5 years developing regulated training strategies and managing deviation investigations; strong GMP, EOHSS, and ATMP knowledge. Preferred: experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing, lean principles, training design, and risk management. High-value: focus on cell therapy, GMP compliance, deviation management, and workforce training within a highly regulated, biologics/ATMP environment. Work setup: primarily onsite, shift flexibility required to support a 24/7 operation.
