Key job responsibilities include:
- Lead development of AbbVie’s Parkinson’s trade strategy (specialty pharmacy, distribution, onboarding, therapy initiation, adherence, channel readiness) for VYALEV and future pipeline assets.
- Partner with specialty pharmacies, wholesalers, and channel stakeholders to improve patient connectivity, product access, purchasing/distribution, and visibility across the patient journey.
- Execute launch excellence in the Trade channel via pharmacy/distribution/account management, cross-functional collaboration, program management, and marketing asset development.
- Identify and evaluate strategic channel partners.
- Serve as Trade lead with Brand, Market Access, AbbVie Patient Services, Demand Planning, Customer Service, MABI, and Trade account teams to address access, onboarding, distribution, and product availability.
- Develop and evolve Parkinson’s Trade value propositions across the brand lifecycle.
- Represent Trade on Integrated Brand Teams and launch planning forums; facilitate Trade input into annual strategic, launch, and pipeline planning.
- Develop pharmacy account tools/materials; manage strategic agency partnerships.
- Lead strategic Trade opportunities (pharmacy investments, launch initiatives, distribution enhancements, data visibility) aligned to Gross-to-Net.
- Synthesize pharmacy/hub/payer/distribution data; monitor specialty pharmacy performance and key channel KPIs.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and lead leadership status updates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Preferred: market access/specialty pharmacy/distribution/contract negotiation; pharmacy & wholesale channel; launch planning/execution; marketing.
- Knowledge/experience with specialty pharmacy operations, onboarding, benefit verification/prior auth, affordability support, adherence services; cross-functional patient services.
- Relationships/experience in specialty/retail pharmacy and wholesaler/distribution channels.
- Ability to manage programs and measure impact using analytics/market research/dashboards.
- Strong communication; cross-functional project leadership; solutions-oriented, customer-centric.
- Knowledge of applicable pharmaceutical regulations/standards.
