The Oncology Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based, non-sales role on Regeneron’s Commercial Oncology Marketing team.

Responsibilities:
- Engage key US Oncology thought leaders at academic centers and community practices to gather insights and share clinical information (high risk CSCC, advanced CSCC, advanced BCC).
- Share insights with Marketing and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Oncology Leadership Team).
- Support congress planning (sponsorship recommendations; identify speakers for product theaters).
- Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at conferences and during day-to-day business.
- Conduct on-label discussions on product information, disease state, and corporate overviews.
- Maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography and support thought leader development.
- Support speaker bureau efforts (identify speakers, contracting, logistics, speaker training feedback).
- Support advisory board/council planning (recommend participants; coordinate selected thought leaders).
- Support monthly field team calls (feedback on speaker programs and p2p content).
- Ensure interactions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications/Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in 2+ of: Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, inline/regional brand marketing, relevant medical/clinical experience; hematology/oncology market experience preferred.
- Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience.
- Travel 60–80%.

Preferred:
- Master’s degree or advanced education/certification.
- Launch experience.

Skills:
- Strong science background in Oncology; ability to simplify complex information for concise impactful presentations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; comfort engaging all org levels and cross-functionally.
- Ability to collaborate, provide input/feedback, and manage multiple projects.
