Responsibilities / Typical Day:
- Engage in meaningful, strategic discussions with assigned US neurology thought leaders in the geography to gather insights and share clinical information.
- Conduct substantive business discussions on on-label product information, disease state, and general corporate overviews.
- Use a customer-centric, needs-based approach to drive thought leader engagements.
- Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at local/regional/national conferences and in day-to-day business.
- Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography.
- Assist with thought leader development.
- Support speaker bureau buildout: identify potential speakers, manage speaker training logistics, and provide feedback to improve presentation effectiveness.
- Share insights from thought leader interactions with Marketing and other functional groups.
- Support regional/national advisory board planning by recommending participants and liaising to coordinate involvement.
- Ensure all thought leader interactions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications / Role May Be For You If:
- Strong science background with deep knowledge of hematology/oncology.
- Ability to comprehend complex information and distill it into concise, impactful presentations.
- Ability to collaborate with and provide input/feedback to all project team functions.
- Ability to balance/lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels across functional teams.

Required / Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced education/certification a plus.
- 10+ years relevant specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience in 2+ of: Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, inline/regional brand marketing, medical/clinical experience; neurology market experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated pharmaceutical marketing strategy expertise; launch experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel 60%-80% of the time.
