The Neurology Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based, non-sales position focused on enhancing interactions with key external US Neurology thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices for our neurology product.

Responsibilities (Typical Day May Include):
- Engage in meaningful discussions with assigned key thought leaders to gather insights and share clinical information in the geography
- Conduct substantive business discussions on on-label product information, disease state, and general corporate overviews
- Use a customer-centric, needs-based approach to drive strategic thought leader engagements
- Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at local/regional/national conferences and during day-to-day business
- Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography
- Assist with thought leader development
- Support speaker bureau buildout (identify potential speakers, manage logistics for trainings, provide feedback to improve presentation effectiveness)
- Share insights from thought leader interactions with Marketing and other functional groups
- Support regional/national advisory board planning (recommend participants and liaise for coordination)
- Ensure interactions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced education/certification a plus
- 10+ years specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience in 2+ of: Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, inline/regional brand marketing, medical/clinical experience; Neurology market experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical marketing strategies (launch experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and project management experience
- Team player with in-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
- Valid driver’s license; travel 60–80%
