Role: Scientist, Immunology Therapeutic Area Genetics (TAG) β€” Regeneron Genetics Center

Discover Your Role
- Understand and leverage RGC and Regeneron datasets, external resources, and scientific/medical literature to generate research questions; derive relevant phenotypes from longitudinal clinical data; design and execute genetic association studies; and perform integrative omics analyses.
- Deploy computational methods to integrate genetic data with multiple omics data to identify/prioritize drug targets supported by genetic association signals.
- Collaborate with Immunology and other TAG teams, Analytic Genetics, Sequencing, and GIDE on cross-functional initiatives.
- Summarize investigation insights for broad audiences (e.g., documents, presentations, patent applications, publications).
- Partner with Clinical Development on clinical-stage programs and opportunities for human genetics studies to inform indication selection and safety considerations.

This Role Requires
- PhD or MD preferred with 8+ years’ experience using WES/GWAS datasets, RNA-Seq, proteomics, and other large-scale genomic/proteomics platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in immunobiology, genetics, and mechanisms; familiarity with large genetic studies producing novel, medically relevant gene discoveries.
- Ability to manage and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to discover/evolve immunology-related drug discovery pipelines.
- Proficiency in computational immunology research (encouraged).
