Associate Director, Technology Partnership

Role: Associate Director, Business Technology Partnership for North America within Animal Health Commercial IT, supporting sales and marketing functions across the US and Canada. Objectives: Drive regional technology solutions aligned with commercial strategies, fostering stakeholder relationships and maximizing business value. Responsibilities: Build trusted relationships across commercial teams; influence and implement regional IT strategies; design and deliver solutions supporting customer engagement, CRM, marketing tech, eCommerce, and analytics; promote solution adoption; manage demand, portfolio planning, and budgets; define success metrics; advocate for platform reuse and enterprise solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; 5+ years supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or supply chain IT in life sciences, animal health, or related industries; experience in stakeholder management, portfolio, demand, and financial management; strong knowledge of marketing tech stacks, analytics/AI, Agile methodologies, and governance frameworks; excellent communication skills and experience working across borders in matrixed organizations. High-Value: Experience in commercial IT within biopharma or animal health; knowledge of CRM, marketing technology, analytics, and digital engagement solutions; hybrid work setup with 10% travel.
