Associate Director – Technology & Business Excellence Lead

Role: Associate Director leading technology and business excellence initiatives to advance high-throughput analytics, PAT, lab automation, and digital transformation within biopharma R&D and manufacturing. Responsibilities: identify, prioritize, and implement innovative tech solutions to improve speed-to-market, productivity, quality, and operational excellence across biologics and small molecule programs; develop value-driven roadmaps; support vendor management and standardization; lead cross-functional workstreams; apply change and risk management strategies.
