Associate Director – Technical Services/Manufacturing Science - Bioconjugate/Drug Product

Role: Associate Director overseeing Technical Services/Manufacturing Science (TS/MS) for bioconjugate/drug product manufacturing at a GMP facility. Objectives: lead a technical organization ensuring robust, compliant biological and bioconjugate manufacturing processes supporting GMP startup. Responsibilities: build and develop a high-performing team, oversee process monitoring, review validation and change control documentation, support regulatory inspections, and guide process qualification and validation activities. Qualifications: BS/MS/PhD in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or chemical engineering; 5+ years in biopharma, with 3+ years in leadership; hands-on GMP biologics manufacturing experience, especially lyophilization. Preferred: advanced degree, comprehensive knowledge of biotech processes, strong communication skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities.
