Associate Director, Technical Product Manager – Cell Therapy

Role: Associate Director, Technical Product Manager for Cell Therapy digital and AI solutions, focusing on supply chain systems and end-to-end vein-to-vein orchestration. Responsibilities: define product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with clinical and commercial milestones; collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, patient, and commercial teams to ensure business outcomes; lead user experience design for workflows involving schedulers, coordinators, operators, and HCPs; leverage AI/ML for product lifecycle management, requirements refinement, automation, and predictive analytics; oversee delivery of HCP-facing portals and workflows; manage backlogs, prioritize feature development, and partner with engineering on architecture, APIs, and data models; enable operational analytics and exception management. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related; 7+ years in digital platform product management; expertise in API integration (REST/GraphQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), event streaming, and workflow engines; experience applying AI/ML for product lifecycle acceleration; strong leadership in Agile, vendor management, and stakeholder influencing; data literacy with KPI analysis; working knowledge of security, IAM, and privacy. Preferred: experience with vein-to-vein orchestration, healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR), GxP systems, and regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11).
