Role Overview
- Lead delivery of cybersecurity products and capabilities that reduce enterprise risk and enable secure business outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and translate security, risk, and business needs into actionable priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and stakeholders to define what is delivered and ensure alignment to enterprise security strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of Product Security capabilities from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned to ITRMS strategy and risk priorities.
- Deliver outcomes that measurably improve security posture.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on risk reduction impact, business value/stakeholder needs, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Create clear, actionable user stories and maintain backlog readiness.
- Serve as primary interface across cybersecurity, business, and engineering teams; translate complex requirements into product direction and priorities.
- Champion Agile/SAFe; participate in PI Planning and team ceremonies; drive PI objectives and outcome measurement.
- Define and track KPIs; use data and feedback to refine product strategy and prioritization.
- Partner with engineering to clarify requirements and priorities; balance feasibility with risk-based, customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years’ experience as Product Owner/Product Manager (or similar Agile role).
- Experience delivering complex technology or cybersecurity products.
- Strong prioritization by business value and risk; proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).

Preferred Experience
- IT Risk Management & Security (ITRMS) or cybersecurity domain.
- Product Security capabilities (e.g., AppSec, Vulnerability Management, SIEM/SOAR, DLP, Insider Threat).
- Regulated environments (GxP, SOX, PCI).
- Secure SDLC practices and enterprise security tooling.
- Financial and vendor management experience.
