Associate Director, Technical Product Management

Role: Lead API and Integration Platform Product Owner in a biopharma setting, focusing on developing and executing digital integration strategies across health sciences systems, including SAP ERP modules. Responsibilities: gather and translate business requirements, develop integration solutions leveraging modern technologies (e.g., APIs, microservices, cloud platforms), oversee global agile teams, and optimize product lifecycle value, TCO, and ROI. Collaborate with CTO and enterprise architecture teams to align technology needs with business goals, ensuring solutions comply with regulatory standards like HIPAA and FDA. Requirements: Master's in Computer Science or IT; 10+ years in integration leadership, product ownership, and digital product/service development; extensive experience with API patterns, SaaS/cloud integration, SAP ERP (S/4HANA, FI/CO, SCM, SD), and industry standards. Preferred: experience advising in health sciences environments, working within global organizations, and managing complex enterprise integrations.
