Responsibilities:
- Translate Network Strategy priorities into sequenced decisions, milestones, and execution checkpoints.
- Decompose complex initiatives (e.g., site selection, sourcing strategy, network expansion) into executable workstreams.
- Identify decision dependencies, sequencing constraints, and gating milestones.
- Partner to frame strategic problems (hypotheses, decision criteria, tradeoffs).
- Prepare decision-ready materials for senior leaders (problem statements, options/tradeoffs, recommended paths).
- Distinguish items for inform/discussion/endorsement/decision.
- Support timely decision closure.
- Track actions, commitments, and milestones; ensure owners/expectations are clear.
- Surface execution risks early and escalate with proposed options.
- Facilitate Network Strategy Forum (agendas, decision-oriented pre-reads, capture outcomes/next steps).
- Synthesize technical/operational inputs; prepare senior leader summaries (progress, blockers, risks).

Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree with 8 years relevant experience (Masterโ€™s preferred).
- Practical understanding of pharma/biotech manufacturing and supply chain flows, including CMC, regulatory, and quality considerations.
- Comfortable operating across technical, regulatory, and operational domains.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and network design considerations.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
- Proven ability to drive progress without formal authority; challenge assumptions; ask the right questions.
- Highly organized, disciplined, reliable; push for clarity/closure with senior partners (with sponsorship).

U.S. Pay Range: $162,800.00 - $220,200.00. Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive.
