Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the IT supply chain solutions roadmap aligned to business priorities and digital transformation.
- Oversee implementation and continuous enhancement of core supply chain technologies (SAP, clinical supply management, logistics SaaS, analytics).
- Drive digital capabilities across demand & supply planning, S&OP, material/master data, inventory, production planning, detail scheduling, clinical blinding/randomization, warehousing, cold chain packaging/labeling/distribution, and order-to-cash (order management, fulfillment, billing, revenue recognition), plus temperature-sensitive shipment visibility across 3PLs, global trade/compliance.
- Ensure seamless system integration (API/EDI) across SAP, third parties (CMOs, labs, 3PLs), SaaS, and in-house systems (e.g., MES) for inbound/outbound logistics and inventory visibility.
- Establish data governance, standardized master/reference data, and scalable data models; enable analytics/AI/ML.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle for supply chain applications (strategy/design through deployment, sustainment, upgrades, continuous improvement, retirement); define business cases and manage total cost of ownership.
- Ensure systems meet GxP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA 21 CFR) and maintain audit readiness.
- Drive operational excellence (reliability, performance, compliance, high-quality support) and oversee end-to-end delivery with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and Procurement.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related.
- 10+ years in supply chain or IT for supply chain in biopharma/life sciences.
- Proven SAP ERP supply chain experience; track record with other supply chain technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, change/transformation leadership.
- Data and systems integration/analytics experience; working with system integrators and managing IT suppliers.
- Regulated environment experience (GxP, computer systems validation, FDA 21 CFR).
- Knowledge of full SDLC.
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strategic, pragmatic delivery of measurable outcomes; ~10% travel.

Preferred:
- Masterโ€™s degree or MBA.
- SAP Supply Chain Management or ASCM/APICS certifications.
- Knowledge of EDI/APIs and system integration/data transfers.
- Agile/Scrum with Jira; pharma supply chain knowledge (serialization/track-and-trace, TOR).
- AI/data/digital familiarity (data models, lakehouse, knowledge graphs, agentic AI).
