Associate Director, Supply Chain Technology Delivery

Role: Associate Director of Supply Chain Technology Delivery, leading digital transformation of clinical and commercial supply chain operations in biopharma. Responsibilities: define and execute IT supply chain solutions roadmap; oversee implementation and enhancement of SAP, SaaS, and analytics tools; ensure system integration and compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR; partner with Data/AI teams for analytics and AI/ML capabilities; manage lifecycle of supply chain systems, driving operational excellence and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: bachelor’s in IT, Supply Chain, or related field; 10+ years in supply chain or IT within biopharma or life sciences; proven SAP experience; strong stakeholder management, change leadership, and regulated environment expertise; experience with data integration, SDLC, and cross-functional leadership. Preferred: Master’s or MBA; SAP SCM or certifications; knowledge of APIs, EDI, Agile methodologies; familiarity with serialization, track-and-trace, emerging digital and AI technologies.
