Associate Director, Supply Chain Product Planning

Role: Associate Director, Supply Chain Product Planning, responsible for integrated clinical and commercial product planning to ensure timely manufacturing and supply chain operations for autoimmune disease therapies. Responsibilities: develop and maintain combined forecasts, translate clinical trial schedules and sales projections into master production plans for drug substances and finished goods, allocate materials, monitor stock levels and expirations, and coordinate with external CMOs. Support launch readiness and respond to dynamic demand scenarios while managing safety stock and inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking. Requirements: bachelor's degree in life sciences, supply chain, engineering, or related field; 7+ years in biopharma, with 3+ years in production planning, demand forecasting, or inventory control within regulated environments; strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cGMP, and regulatory requirements; experience with planning systems, ERP, and inventory management tools; excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
