Associate Director, Supply Chain Product Planning

Role: Associate Director, Supply Chain Product Planning, responsible for integrated clinical and commercial product planning in a biopharma setting. Responsibilities: develop and maintain combined forecasts, translate trial and sales projections into master production schedules for drug substance, drug product, and combination products; allocate materials, establish safety stock guidelines, monitor global stock and expirations, respond to demand changes, and support launch readiness. Collaborates with clinical supply chain, CMC, and manufacturing teams; partners with finance on planning scenarios. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences, supply chain, or related field; 7+ years biopharma experience, including 3+ years in production planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management within regulated industries. Skills: proficiency with planning systems, ERP, understanding of manufacturing processes for various pharmaceutical forms, cGMP knowledge, strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities. Preferred: experience with clinical and commercial supply planning, and international supply chain considerations. High-Value: biopharma (biotech), clinical and commercial phases, regulated GxP environment, supply chain management, demand forecasting, inventory control, remote work with 10-20% travel.
