Role Summary

Associate Director, Supply Chain, Global Technical Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis. BeOne seeks a high-performing FP&A professional to join the Global Tech Ops Finance team, partnering with Global Supply Chain leadership to provide strategic and tactical financial support, insights, and decision guidance. The role supports the development of the GTO annual budget, long-range plans, and strategic business cases, translating financial data into actionable recommendations. This hybrid (remote/office) position is based in Hopewell, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business partner/advisor for the Global Supply Chain Organization.
  • Lead monthly financial consolidation and reporting for Supply Chain results, with analysis against AOP and forecast.
  • Drive the annual budget and rolling forecast processes for Supply Chain, including consolidation, analysis, and presentation to leadership.
  • Enhance financial reporting and dashboards to deliver forward-looking analysis and identify key performance drivers.
  • Support financial modeling, business case development, and strategic analysis for high-impact projects (network investments, sourcing, partnerships).
  • Coordinate long-range planning activities across the GTO Finance team.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and R&D Finance to align supply forecasts with financial plans.
  • Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) ensuring alignment with AOP, forecasts, and LRP.
  • Champion financial process excellence through standardization and simplification initiatives.
  • Support ad-hoc GTO team financial activities.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: 8+ years in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Biotech, with at least 6 years supporting operational units and manufacturing finance.
  • MBA or CPA a plus.
  • Proven corporate FP&A experience in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence across diverse teams.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Strong business acumen; ability to connect financial data to business strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and champion best practices.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP and EPM tools (TM1, Hyperion, Adaptive, etc.).

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
