Operations
The Position
- Lead, direct & control all supply & logistics activities, policies & procedures to ensure world-class delivery to customers.
- Ensure internal customers have needed materials when required, improving quality and cost continuously.
- Develop Supply Chain organization capabilities in close collaboration with global sourcing to exceed internal and external customer/stakeholder expectations.
- Work with site Business Support management to develop strategic direction and identify/drive supply chain initiatives for long-term site success.

Essential Functions
- Coach/mentor direct reports; provide overall people management responsibility for the Supply Chain organization.
- Implement PS Production Support processes through continuous improvement with local and global teams.
- Ensure availability of raw and all other needed materials for manufacturing and support processes.
- Establish production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.
- Own, manage, execute and support site material flow from receiving to release.
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (required).
- Masterโ€™s degree (preferred).
- 8+ years in supply chain management, production planning or related field (required).
- 7+ years of direct supervisory experience (required).
- Proven process improvement/problem-solving skills and strong LEAN (required).
- Excellent verbal & written communication; ability to communicate across cultural barriers (required).
- In-depth understanding of Novo Nordisk production/support processes (maintenance, calibration, validation, QC/QA) (preferred).
- Ability to plan, coordinate & prioritize resources (required).
- Negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills (required).
- Ability to work with diverse international teams (preferred).
