Associate Director, Supply Chain

Role: Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain at Centessa Pharmaceuticals (a Lilly subsidiary), focusing on developing and executing strategies to ensure timely delivery of investigational products across multiple clinical programs. Responsibilities: develop supply chain strategies; build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external CDMOs; identify and mitigate supply risks; manage budgets, contracts, and logistics; oversee clinical forecast/demand planning; coordinate labeling, packaging, and shipment schedules; monitor inventory via IRT systems; and collaborate on regulatory documents and audits. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in engineering or science; 7+ years of international clinical supply experience in biotech/pharma, with deep GMP/GDP knowledge; strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills; experience managing CDMOs; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Work Setup: based in the US, with occasional domestic and international travel (~20%).
