Role: Associate Director, Team Lead, Global Clinical Drug Supply, overseeing strategic and operational aspects of clinical supply planning for Genmab's antibody-based oncology and serious disease programs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, supply chain, or related field; 12+ years of experience in regulated biotech/pharma supply environments; proven leadership with coaching and mentoring skills; extensive knowledge of GMP, GDP, GCP, and documentation standards; strong cross-functional project management and communication skills in a global, virtual setting.
