Role: Associate Director, Supply Chain, leading global clinical supply management for radiopharmaceutical therapies in clinical trials. Responsibilities: oversee supply chain processes from patient scheduling to IMP dosing and destruction; develop and execute supply strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams (CMC, manufacturing, QA); manage label development, translations, and IRT systems; support pharmacy manuals and training; mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted IMP delivery; mentor junior staff; manage financial reporting and forecasting. Requirements: Bachelor's in supply chain, business, life sciences, or related field; 8+ years of clinical supply chain experience, specifically with global trial start-up and execution, preferably in radiopharmaceuticals or cell therapy; knowledge of ICH, FDA, IRB/IEC regulations; expertise in labeling, IRT/XRS, temperature-controlled distribution; strong leadership and communication skills; flexible hours for global coordination. Preferred: advanced degree, supply chain certifications (CSCP, CPIM), experience in radiopharmaceuticals import/export and cell therapy supply chains. High-Value: focus on radiopharmaceuticals, clinical trial phases, regulatory compliance, GxP, cross-functional collaboration, global trial support, and risk mitigation. Work setup involves in-office presence with some flexibility; travel as needed.
