Associate Director, Supply Chain

Role: Associate Director, Team Lead, Global Clinical Drug Supply (GCDS), overseeing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership for clinical drug supply across Genmab's portfolio. Responsibilities include developing forecasting methodologies, implementing standardized supply planning processes, optimizing inventory and demand planning, and driving cross-functional alignment with Clinical Operations, CMC, and external partners. Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring scalable, compliant supply solutions are key focus areas. Project management of supply strategies for clinical trials, ensuring continuous oversight and risk mitigation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, supply chain, or related field; 12+ years in regulated biotech/pharma supply chain or clinical supply environments; proven leadership and cross-functional project management skills. Core expertise in GMP, GDP, GCP standards, with strong communication skills in English. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on clinical trial supply planning, process standardization, and compliance within a regulated environment. Work setup offers flexible remote work (20-40%) from Princeton, NJ or Copenhagen, DK, with some travel expected.
