Responsibilities: manage trial feasibility, conduct, and stakeholder collaboration; lead study planning, issue resolution, and governance; review clinical documents, and build team capabilities through coaching and mentoring, potentially including direct reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 9+ years or advanced degrees with 6+ years in pharmaceutical/clinical development, project management, or medical fields; strong knowledge of GCP and ICH regulations; proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
