Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Lead study management operational strategy aligned with the Clinical Development Plan and business goals (resourcing, budget, change control) by partnering with CTWG and CDST on timeline creation.
- May chair/support Trial Leader in leading CTWG for successful execution.
- Develop and execute trial operational strategies; contribute to program-level planning.
- Lead operational scenario planning; mitigate risks impacting timelines/budget.
- Provide timely, high-quality oversight; escalate issues to Director/Quality/functional leadership.
- Communicate and defend operational strategy, plan, and costs at governance meetings.
- Ensure inspection readiness; lead inspection and internal QA readiness.
- Build and develop a capable team (training, performance management, goal setting); promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Represent Clinical Operations at CDST for early development programs.
- Interface with key internal stakeholders (Finance, Program Mgmt, Vendor Mgmt, Safety, Quality, Data Mgmt, Statistics, Clinical Research, Regulatory, etc.) as liaison.
- Lead/participate in process improvement and support Health Authority Inspections and internal QA audits.
- Travel ~10% average.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA required.
- 8+ years clinical research (CRO/Biotech/Pharma) on Phase 1–4 global trials; at least 3 leading end-to-end global trials including Phase 3 registrational.
- 2–5 years people leadership (coaching, performance management).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical development.

Skills/Preferred:
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and financial management skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end clinical trial execution; lead in matrix/global environments and without authority.
- Project planning/management; strong written/verbal communication and presentation.
- Exceptional organization; problem-solving.
- Proficient MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project.

Compensation/Benefits:
- U.S. pay range: $172,600.00–$233,400.00 base.
- Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., bonus/equity). Annual Total Rewards benefits include medical/dental/vision, life/disability, 401(k) match, PTO, wellness days, holidays, and recharge breaks.
