Associate Director Strategic Partnerships & Business Operations

Role Summary

Associate Director Strategic Partnerships & Business Operations will lead and optimize strategic relationships with clinical trial sites and site networks to drive executional and scientific excellence across the clinical development portfolio. The role establishes and manages governance frameworks with priority clinical trial sites, leads governance meetings, tracks partnership metrics, and handles day-to-day issue identification and resolution. This position reports to the Director, Global Development Strategic Partnerships and supports the Global Partnerships team to ensure the success of these strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for priority clinical trial sites
• Establish a governance structure to manage relationships with high priority clinical trial sites
• Plan and facilitate governance meetings such as joint research committees and portfolio reviews
• Manage partnership metrics
• Manage communication and issue escalation pathways
• Manage day-to-day activities to achieve the strategic objectives of the relationship
• Act as a key internal and external point of contact to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert for the clinical institution to guide other Regeneron departments
• Manage critical initiatives with high priority clinical trial sites

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in pharma or a related field
• Preferred: Advanced degrees (MS, MBA) accompanied by 8+ years of proven experience in pharma or a related field

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 10+ years of experience in pharma or a related field (required)
