Role: Associate Director, Strategic Field Operations Planning at AstraZeneca, responsible for translating complex field-facing priorities into scalable commercial operations. Requirements: Bachelorβs degree in business, life sciences, or related field; 3+ years in project or operations management within healthcare or commercial environments; experience leading complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders; and vendor management expertise. Preferred: 5+ years in commercial or sales operations, healthcare compliance, vendor oversight, and strategic planning, especially within biopharma or life sciences; experience with credentialing, licensing, provider onboarding, or healthcare regulatory processes; and proven influence across matrixed teams.
