Associate Director, Specialty Pharmacy Operations

Role: Lead and optimize specialty pharmacy operations within Madrigal’s Market Access team to improve patient access, adherence, and provider engagement for their MASH therapeutic, Rezdiffra. Responsibilities: oversee dispensing channels, monitor vendor performance, implement operational efficiencies, develop program policies, and collaborate with internal teams (Patient Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs) and external stakeholders. Ensure contractual compliance, analyze KPIs, and support program improvements. Lead quarterly reviews and communicate with channel partners. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Over 10 years of experience in biopharma or related industry, with 3-5 years managing healthcare vendor relationships and specialty pharmacy programs. Experience with new product launches, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration essential.
