Overview:
SAP Solution Architect for the Plan to Deliver workstream (Manufacturing, Quality Processes, Inventory/Global Logistics, Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling, and Material Requirements Planning) in a GxP environment. Drive integration across SAP, LIMS, WMS, MES, and QMS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage SAP solution architecture/modules (PP, QM, MM) for end-to-end Plan to Deliver processes.
- Integrate SAP with LIMS/WMS/MES/QMS for data consistency, alignment, and real-time visibility.
- Map/optimize business processes with GxP compliance (e.g., FDA/EMA) and โ€œfit to standardโ€ principles.
- Create/maintain functional specifications, process flows, integration plans, and configurations; review deployments for quality.
- Support in-house and contract manufacturing via SAP configuration for production schedules, capacity planning, and material traceability (batch management, shop floor control).
- Oversee SAP Quality Management (QM) implementation; integrate with QMS for non-conformance management, CAPA, and audit trails; ensure traceability across SAP/LIMS/QMS.
- Lead stakeholder collaboration (Manufacturing/Quality/Supply Chain/IT), workshops, requirement gathering, and delivery guidance.
- Drive project execution (requirements, design, testing, training, go-live) and maintain project documentation; continuous improvement and post-implementation monitoring.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years as an SAP Business Analyst; 3+ years in a lead role supporting Plan to Produce.
- Expertise in SAP PP/QM/MM; S/4HANA a plus.
- Proven SAP integration with LIMS/WMS/MES/QMS in manufacturing/life sciences.
- Strong GxP knowledge (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GMP).
- Experience with in-house/contract manufacturing workflows, batch management, and traceability.
- Project management skills (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP PP, QM, EWM or S/4HANA) highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:
- Industry 4.0 (IoT/automation).
- Data analytics/reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Data Sphere).
- Agile or DevOps.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary range: $152,000โ€“$209,000; may include discretionary bonus and stock-based long-term incentives; paid time off; medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
