Associate Director, Software Engineering

Role: Lead SAP FI/CO functional configuration and process management for Finance Business Management in a biopharma setting, focusing on SAP Financial applications and reporting. Responsibilities: oversee SAP FI/CO modules, guide a global team of 6-8 resources, ensure process integration across Finance, Supply Chain, Tax, and Commercial functions; manage change control, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT; 3+ years of experience delivering SAP FI/CO modules, SAP Project Systems, and leading SAP project teams; strong understanding of cross-functional business processes.
