Associate Director, Software Engineering

Role: Lead ServiceNow Quality Engineering within the Global Technology division, focusing on testing strategy, automation, and quality assurance of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD). Responsibilities: define testing roadmaps, create test plans, validate system configurations and integrations, develop automated test suites using tools like AutomatePro and ServiceNow ATF, analyze platform issues, perform data validation, and establish quality KPIs. Lead defect triage and mentor testing engineers, ensuring smooth release cycles and upgrade validation. Requirements: 12+ years of testing experience, expertise in Automated Test Frameworks (preferably AutomatePro), strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, ITIL processes, and Agile methodologies. Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred: experience with AI-driven testing, data integrity, and platform upgrades. High-Value: ServiceNow platform, ITSM/ITOM/GRC modules, automation, platform validation, defect analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with developers and product owners. Work Setup: hybrid at West Point location, with potential remote elements.
