Responsibilities:
- Support short bowel team consumer marketing efforts; shape plans, messaging, content strategy, and assets for patients and caregivers.
- Contribute to annual brand business plan (strategic/tactical) and align with brand/franchise priorities.
- Define disease-state awareness, brand platforms, message architecture, positioning, content strategy, and field resource needs.
- Establish patient profiles, map patient journey, and define desired behavior goals.
- Partner with market research/analytics to identify insights, opportunities, channel mix, segmentation, and targeting.
- Monitor ROI of tactics; guide plan adjustments.
- Develop creative briefs and promotional assets (e.g., website/content/materials); identify program design elements for behavior change.
- Ensure legal/regulatory/compliance review and approvals for tactics/materials.
- Lead patient ambassador relationships and develop aligned patient engagement strategy; manage relationships with patient advocacy groups and internal/external partners.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and financial/process improvements; support omnichannel activity planning/execution; analyze messaging/asset results.
Qualifications/Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years with increasing responsibility in sales/marketing (or related) plus healthcare experience.
- Marketing strategy/tactical design; clear communication (incl. executive-level).
- Pharmaceutical/brand/consumer engagement knowledge and sound business judgment.
- Leadership; manage multiple priorities; influence without authority.
- Data/analytics to drive decisions; summarize complex info clearly in writing/verbally; prioritize and mentor.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- Marketing experience in a commercial pharmaceutical organization.
